Brent LaLonde - President & Founder

Brent lives in Chicagoland and originally hails from metro Detroit – Michigander at heart. He is a passionate alumnus of Michigan State University, having graduated from there in 2004 with a bachelor’s in supply chain management. He then went on to graduate with a general MBA from Chicago’s DePaul University in 2012. He roots for the Tigers, Red Wings, Lions, Pistons and Spartans. He enjoys his free time with his family (wife, 3-year-old daughter, 1-year old son), attempting to play good golf and cleaning/driving fast cars with 8 cylinders and manual gearboxes.

Brent is a highly accomplished sourcing and supply chain professional with a hands-on approach and strategic vision. He has more than 15 years in supply chain & operations in everything from tactical to executive positions. He also maintains a strong background in lean manufacturing cultures with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams through change. Brent is thoroughly versed in renowned operating business systems such as the Danaher Business System and Rexnord Business System. He has proven analytical and leadership abilities in the identification and execution of strategies with the ability to establish target performance levels, identify gaps to target and countermeasure to drive fundamental, breakthrough improvement. Brent has vast international sourcing experience (25+ trips abroad) and demonstrated competencies in all facets of organizational development, supply chain, operations and simply following through on commitments.
